I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner offering a blend of psychotherapy and medication management to help you achieve your goals. My aim is to deliver expert care that aligns with your values and addresses your concerns by offering flexible scheduling, 7 days a week that includes weekends and evenings. For your convenience, we offer Virtual and in-person psychiatric evaluations. I have expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, panic disorder and many others. I also provide a holistic approach that integrates therapy seamlessly into your sessions.

I have 17 years of experience, double board-certification in primary care medicine & psychiatry, with a B.S. from New York University & master's degrees from Stony Brook University & East Carolina University. I provide psychiatric care throughout North Carolina & have experience in internal medicine, critical care and neurology at New York Presbyterian Hospital & Novant Health. Prior to moving to Charlotte, I also owned and operated a primary care clinic in New York City.
